Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation is seeking an experienced Task Management Specialist to support the Air Force Security Forces Center Director of Staff. You will own routing rules, backlog analysis, and leadership briefings, ensuring timely triage and accurate tasking within TMT and Microsoft 365 environments.

You will define requirements with program leads, train end users, and maintain governance documents while coordinating with senior leaders across AF/DoD organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a DoD or Air Force environment at HQ/MAJCOM or equivalent.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities

• Operate DoD workflow systems (TMT/ETMS2) and Microsoft 365 for task routing and backlog control.
• Triages and routes daily tasks to correct officer within two business days.
• Develop and maintain governance documents, operating instructions, and how-to guides.
