Qualifications

• Experience with confidential and sensitive information workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform senior executive administrative duties with minimal supervision.
• Staff actions using AF forms and templates; adhere to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with 16AF HQ and Wings to ensure timely task completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS; manage Outlook tasks.
• Schedule conference rooms and maintain calendars and recall rosters.
