Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation seeks a senior information systems professional to design and sustain the AFSFC SharePoint environment, SMARTNet, and public/private websites for Defense personnel worldwide. You’ll oversee the full content lifecycle, automate processes in Microsoft 365, and coordinate with AFIMSC and historians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination.
• Min 3 years at Headquarters Air Force or equivalent staff agency.
• Knowledge of DoD agency relationships and AFSFC.
• Translate complex analyses into senior briefs and summaries.
• Hands-on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Power Platform and web CMS admin experience.
• Manage records and content lifecycle per gov guidance.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain the AFSFC SharePoint environment.
• Perform daily onsite maintenance of information repositories and publish government-approved content.
• Develop and publish five new strategic and tactical communication products each quarter.
• Manage the complete information lifecycle per directives.
• Coordinate content updates with AF Public Affairs, museum, and historian.
• Execute testing and quality control across the content lifecycle.
• Design graphical workflow maps and electronic forms linked to enterprise databases.
• Monitor contractor-managed applications and maintain availability records.
• Develop and maintain AI strategy with an implementation plan within 90 days.
• Contribute to Monthly Status Reports.
• Serve as a backup to key contract functions and cross-train across areas.
