Job summary

Tecolote is seeking a Mission Integration Administrative Lead to provide senior-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to Mission Integration leadership within a US Space Force organization. You will coordinate executive tasks, travel, calendars, meetings, reports, and communications to ensure timely execution of priorities.

You will manage task tracking with TMT/ETMS and DTS, develop dashboards, prepare briefs, and liaise with government, military, and contractor

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of admin, executive support, staff support, or mission support experience.
• Experience supporting DoD, USAF, or USSF organizations.
• Experience using TMT/ETMS for task management and executive tracking.
• Experience processing travel through the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative support for Mission Integration leadership and staff.
• Coordinate organizational actions using TMT/ETMS; track taskers to closure.
• Provide status updates and executive-level reports.
• Coordinate leadership calendars, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing materials, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate travel through DTS, including authorizations and vouchers.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to support leadership decisions.
• Facilitate communications across government, military, and contractor partners.
• Support staff synchronization, agendas, and action-item tracking.
• Maintain organizational records per policy.
