Motorola Solutions, through Silvus Technologies, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force to bridge RF capabilities with customer requirements and emerging trends. In this full-time role, you will travel up to 50% for field tests and demonstrations, coordinate with engineering and BD teams, and help translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience in systems engineering or defense tech.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.
• Familiar with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• All employment is contingent upon background check and drug test.

• Analyze USAF priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Plan network configs and coordinate field trials.
• Benchmark architectures with engineering and BD teams.
• Support BD with technical needs and strategic priorities.
• Build and present tech demonstrations for airborne and base networking.
