Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive Department of the Air Force programs and strategic initiatives. The role coordinates across HDR’s diverse service lines to pursue opportunities, manage complex projects, and align resources with growth priorities.

The position emphasizes executive-level leadership and engagement with clients and partners. The role requires deep experience with DoD contracts, strong strategic and financial acumen, and a commitment to HDR’s employee-owned

Qualifications

15+ years progressive leadership experience in large, complex organizations.
5+ years at the executive level with diversified teams.
Strategic planning and program management experience.
Experience with Air Force installations and/or contracts.
Motivate teams and align with employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

Achieves sales goals related to Department of the Air Force Programs.
Develops new projects, markets, business classes, project planning, financial information, staffing requirements, marketing materials for DAF Programs.
Identifies HDR priorities and investments to respond to market trends.
Leads capture planning and directs proposals for DoD programs.
Oversees program execution, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and relationships.
