Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive Department of the Air Force programs across HDR services. You will coordinate across HDR using an integrated marketing approach for DAF opportunities and lead strategic direction with the Air Force Programs Director.

The role requires 15+ years of progressive leadership in large organizations with recent executive-level success, plus DoD experience, strategic planning, and program management skills. Travel 20-40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional area relevant to engineering, architecture, planning or science.
• 15+ years progressive leadership experience in large, complex organizations with 5+ years at executive level.
• Experience working with Department of the Air Force installations/contracts.
• Demonstrated strategic planning and program management experience.
• Committed to HDR employee-owned culture; travel 20–40%.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals related to DoD programs with integrated HDR marketing.
• Develops new projects, markets, planning, staffing, and marketing materials for DAF programs.
• Oversees program execution across HDR portfolio and disciplines.
• Coordinates with Federal Regional Directors on capture plans and proposals.
• Maintains client relationships and supports HDR policy and growth.
