Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive leadership experience in large, complex organizations with 5+ years at the executive level.
• Demonstrated experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Strategic planning and program management experience.
• Experience working with Department of the Air Force installations or contracts.
• Ability to motivate teams and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals related to Department of the Air Force Programs, coordinating across the company.
• Develops new projects, markets, business classes, project planning, and staffing for DAF Programs.
• Oversees HDR priorities and investments to position for market trends.
• Leads capture planning and pursues opportunities for HDR.
• Supports Air Force Programs Director in strategic direction and visioning.
• Directs and monitors program execution across HDR portfolio.
• Coordinates with Federal Regional Directors on capture plans and proposals.
• Ensures compliance with policies and risk management.
