HDR, Inc. is seeking an executive leader to drive Air Force Programs strategy, capture planning, and large-scale program delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with federal directors, and oversee scope, schedule, and budget for complex HDR projects across multiple DoD installations. Ideal candidates have extensive leadership experience, a strong background in program management, and a proven track record with DoD contracts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, planning or science.
• Professional registrations in area of study.
• 15+ years leadership with 5+ years at executive level; diverse teams.

• Achieves DoD Air Force sales goals through integrated marketing across HDR services.
• Develops new projects, markets, and planning for DoD programs.
• Identifies HDR priorities to respond to market trends.
• Leads capture planning and pursuits; supports Air Force Programs Director.
