Job summary

BlueForce Inc. supports Bomber Squadron Operations across multiple Air Force locations, including Ellsworth AFB, SD. The role focuses on training data management, record maintenance, and program coordination to ensure readiness and compliance with AFIs.

The ideal candidate will administer classes, track training progress, generate reports, and coordinate scheduling with unit leadership, while maintaining security clearances and interfacing with ARMS and PEX systems.

Qualifications

• US citizen and active Secret clearance required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with PEX or similar scheduling program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• 2–3 years of experience in a squadron, group, or wing training and/or stan eval shop or 3 years in a DoD flying squadron/training office.
• Knowledge of national, DoD, and USAF policies, directives, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, briefing, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with limited supervision.
• Experience navigating NIPR and SIPR IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and related systems as required.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management to update ARMS.
• Review and update records and grade books per AFIs and guidance.
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate scheduling.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks of training requirements.
• Prepare training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly readiness updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities.
• Provide daily tracking of upgrade training and weekly summaries.
• Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate required reports and forms (AF forms, RAP reports, etc.).
• Maintain accountability of flight testing materials.
• Notify crewmembers of upcoming/testing deadlines.
• Interpret AFIs to guide stan eval personnel.
• Standardize technical order library and data cartridges.
