Job summary

BlueForce Inc. is seeking candidates to support Bomber Squadron Operations at Minot AFB, ND. The role focuses on maintaining training records, coordinating classes, and ensuring readiness across multiple AF locations. Candidates should have DoD training experience and strong data-management skills.

Responsibilities include updating scheduling systems, coordinating training plans, and generating reports to support squadron leadership. Active security clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum two years with PEX or similar scheduling program.
• Minimum two years with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience in squadron/training or stan eval environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and local databases as required.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update ARMS systems.
• Review and update training records and grade books per AFIs.
• Administer classes and coordinate training schedules for crew.
• Provide weekly status updates on flight readiness and personnel training.
• Prepare training plans and reporting documents (e.g., RAP, AF Form 4324).
• Maintain accountability of testing materials and assist in curriculum development.
• Notify personnel and leadership of upcoming/testing requirements.
