Job summary

BlueForce Inc. is seeking candidates to support Bomber Squadron Operations at multiple Air Force bases, performing data management, training coordination, and reporting tasks to ensure readiness.

The role requires US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and experience with PEX and MS Office tools; you will maintain records, generate reports, and support scheduling and training in a DoD environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Active Secret Clearance
• Two years of experience with PEX or a similar scheduling program
• Two years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint
• Two to three years of experience in a squadron, group, and/or wing training and/or stan eval shop or three years in a DoD flying squadron, group, and/or wing equivalent training and/or stan eval office
• Knowledge of national, DoD, and U.S. Air Force policies, directives, and procedures relating to logistics and operations

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and local databases as required
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management to update ARMS or equivalents
• Review and update training records, grade books, and associated guides per AFIs
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate scheduling for training requirements
• Provide weekly updates on flight readiness status to leadership
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize training opportunities
• Prepare reports and forms such as AF Form 4324 and RAP reports
• Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training
