BlueForce Inc. is seeking qualified personnel to support Bomber Squadron training and Stan/Eval administration at Whiteman AFB, MO. The role involves managing training data, coordinating schedules, and updating records per AFIs.

You will administer classes and exams, and prepare plans for approval, ensuring timely readiness updates. The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and experience with PEX, MS Access, Excel, and SharePoint in a DoD training environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Active Secret Clearance
• Two years with PEX or similar scheduling program
• Two years with MS Access, Excel, and SharePoint
• Two to three years in squadron/training environments or three years in DoD flying squadron/training office
• Knowledge of national, DoD, and AF policies, directives
• Ability to analyze facts and present conclusions concisely
• Oral and written communication skills essential
• Experience with NIPR and SIPR IT systems
• Teamwork and independent work capability

Responsabilités

• Update data in PEX and local databases
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management to update ARMS
• Review and update student/permanent party records and grade books per AFIs
• Administer classes and exams and coordinate scheduling
• Perform weekly gradebook checks
• Prepare and schedule training plans for approval
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on flight readiness
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities
• Provide daily tracking of training and weekly summaries
• Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training
• Generate AF forms and training-related reports
• Maintain accountability of training materials
• Notify crewmembers and leadership of upcoming testing via email/phone/in person
• Monthly evaluation eligibility reviews
• Interpret AFIs and guide stan eval shops
• Standardize technical order library and data cartridges
