Job summary

BlueForce Inc. is seeking qualified personnel to support Bomber Squadron Operations across multiple Air Force bases. The role focuses on training, evaluation, and data management, ensuring personnel are current on CRM, Instrument Refresher, and pre-deployment requirements.

Applicants should have experience with PEX or similar scheduling programs, and proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint, plus strong analytical and communication skills for executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Ability to gather, analyze facts, draw conclusions, conduct analysis, devise recommended solutions, and package the process in briefings or reports.
• Strong oral and written communication to inform leadership of program changes and publish updates.
• Experience coordinating training, testing, and readiness activities in a squadron/wing environment.
• Knowledge of AFI 11-202V1/V2 and related DoD policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Update data in PEX and ARMS as required.
• Review and update training records, folders, and grade books per AFIs and guidance.
• Administer Crew Resource Management and Instructor CRM courses and coordinate scheduling.
• Prepare periodic and training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly updates on flight readiness status to leadership.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maximize training opportunities.
• Track upgrade and continuation training for unit supervisors and prepare reports.
• Notify personnel of upcoming and overdue testing and training requirements.
