Job summary

The Confidential company seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the US Air Force business development team in Tampa, FL. You will shape strategic growth plans, recruit and develop the BD team, and build lasting relationships with MAJCOMs and AFLCMC to win new business.

You will coordinate cross‑functional pursuits, manage budgets, and communicate compelling briefs and value propositions to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies and security requirements.

Qualifications
