Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2-6 employees within the Air Export Aerospace Team.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and Air Export Manager on progress and issues.
• Review shipment documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor department performance and lead process improvements.
• Provide excellent internal/external customer service at all times.
