CEVA Logistics is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator for its Air & Ocean team in Banksmeadow. You will manage end-to-end communication for a portfolio of freight clients, acting as the key liaison between customers and operations to ensure timely updates and service excellence.

The role requires logistics exposure, CargoWise proficiency, and strong Excel skills. Willingness to work outside standard hours and participate in audits and reviews is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Existing customer service experience in freight forwarding.
• Year 12 completed or equivalent; logistics qualification desirable.
• Proficiency with CargoWise freight management system.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivots, lookups).
• Familiarity with Incoterms and freight documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and time-management.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including outside standard hours.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned air and ocean import/export customers.
• Monitor shipment milestones, resolve delays, and provide proactive updates.
• Prepare quotes, routing proposals, and track margins and cost-to-serve.
• Investigate service failures or claims and manage resolutions.
• Maintain customer SOPs, rate matrices, and KPI dashboards.
• Support business reviews with data insights and customer reporting.
• Collaborate with BD and pricing teams to support account retention and growth.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit/compliance processes.
