Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring an Air Export Agent in Atlanta, GA to coordinate export shipments, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain communication with customers and overseas CEVA offices. The role requires strong documentation and billing accuracy, and a customer focused approach.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ professional working experience and/or training.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs flow of airfreight export traffic from pickup to export.
• Opens files in ONE TMS 2.0 for each shipment.
• Ships freight, prepares documentation and way-billing, assesses charges.
• Negotiates with domestic and foreign customers to resolve problems.
• Examines invoices and shipping manifests for tariff and customs conformity.
• Prepares reports of transactions to facilitate billing.
