Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Export Customer Service Representative II in Memphis, TN. You will manage high-volume export shipments, coordinate with airlines and agents, and provide top-tier service to customers while ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation.

The role requires on-site work, a high school diploma or GED, and 2–4 years of related experience. CargoWise experience and strong data-entry skills are preferred. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED; Two to three years related experience.
• Two to four years industry experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-entry software; accurate typing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer’s freight through tracing and tracking with airlines, trucking companies and agents to keep shippers and consignees informed of issues.
• Ensure service completion and provide proof of delivery.
• Manage customer support by responding to daily requests and preparing quotes.
• Enter shipment data in systems, prepare rates, invoice House Air Way Bills, run reports and file documents.
• Process pick-up requests and enter data in the system.
• Additional duties as assigned.
