Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Export professional for on-site work in Memphis. The ideal candidate has hands-on Air Export or international freight-forwarding experience and coordinates customer communication, export documentation, and shipment tracking with minimal training.

The role requires excellent Outlook and Microsoft Office skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00, pay $25–$32/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Direct Air Export experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with export documentation, freight forwarding, shipment processing, tracking, invoicing, and resolving documentation or shipment discrepancies.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication, export documentation, shipment tracking, and daily Outlook correspondence.
• Ensure accurate documentation and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support on-time exports.
