CEVA Logistics is seeking an Import Agent in Atlanta, GA to manage inbound and outbound shipments, prepare documentation, and coordinate with carriers and customers. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely processing of freight documents while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate shipment documents and quotations.
• Coordinate with carriers to arrange space on flights and freight.
• Process shipment documentation timely to meet deadlines.
• Review and secure required documents for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain tracking files and update relevant parties on status.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
