CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Export Customer Service Representative in Melrose Park, IL. The role centers on managing high-volume freight, coordinating with airlines, carriers, and clients to ensure timely export processes.

You will handle data entry, rate quotes, and documentation, while maintaining excellent customer service and on-time delivery. The position requires on-site work and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Air Export experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with US currency, weight, volume and distance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer freight through tracing and tracking with airlines and agents.
• Provide proof of delivery and ensure service completion.
• Respond to daily customer service requests and advise on delays.
• Enter shipment data in the system, prepare rates and invoices, run reports.
• Process pick-up requests and enter data in the system.
