Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in the Dallas–Fort Worth region seeks a Gateway Air Export/Import Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day air export operations, coordinating a team of coordinators and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on time.

This role requires strong communication with customers and carriers, solid knowledge of air export documentation, and a focus on compliance, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience in transportation and logistics may be considered.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Supervisory experience in air export operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate air export coordinators to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor export shipments for compliance with customer requirements
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Resolve shipment issues including delays or customs problems
• Ensure accurate documentation such as air waybills and invoices
• Provide excellent customer service and meet expectations
• Ensure compliance with customs and hazardous materials regulations
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
