Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of air and ocean freight logistics.
• Understanding of trade laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exportation of goods by ocean, booking carriers and managing movement.
• Coordinate exportation by air, scheduling with airlines and managing movement.
• Prepare and process documentation for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track and monitor shipments and provide updates to customers.
