Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a customs clearance supervisor in Melrose Park, IL, to oversee air export operations. You will manage daily activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with customs, and maintaining strong process controls to support profitability and ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4 years related experience in Airfreight globally.
• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Knowledge of Export Administration, DOC, UCP 500, and recordkeeping.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile all management and financial reports for the department.
• Review profitability and growth of the department with operations.
• Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and related regulatory groups.
