Responsibilities

• Oversee customer freight through tracing and tracking with airlines and agents to keep shippers/consignees informed.
• Ensure service completion and provide proof of delivery.
• Respond to daily air export service requests and assist with quotes for customers.
• Notify customers of delays in shipping and dispatching points.
• Handle complex customer situations promptly and professionally.
• Enter shipment data, prepare rates and invoices, run reports.
• Process pick-up requests and enter data in the system.
