Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Missouri is seeking a Freight Forwarder, Air Export, to manage export shipments by air, handling scheduling with airlines, required documentation, and proactive communication with customers. Strong organizational and detail-orientation are essential.

You will coordinate with internal teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide timely updates to clients. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of logistics software is a plus; competitive compensation

Qualifications

Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing movement of goods through transportation channels.
Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on shipment status.
Manage relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely service delivery.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
