Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments; provide regular updates to customers.
• Manage relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
