Job summary

DSV, a global leader in transport and logistics, is hiring for a Freight Forwarder role focused on exporting goods by air. You will manage scheduling, documentation, and customer communications to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customs regulations.

Key requirements include fluency in English, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of logistics software and MS Office is preferred, with experience in freight forwarding

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in freight forwarding is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing movement through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance.
• Track and monitor shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Manage relationships with customers and address concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• All other duties as assigned.
