Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Freight Forwarder to coordinate air export, prepare customs documentation, and communicate with customers and service providers. You will track shipments, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with fluency in English and experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and trade laws.
