Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in the United States is seeking a Freight Forwarder - Air Export to manage export shipments by air, handle documentation, scheduling and customer communication with accuracy and timeliness.

You will coordinate airline bookings, prepare customs paperwork (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading), track shipments, and maintain strong relationships with customers. Fluency in English and knowledge of air freight regulations are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
