Job summary

You will coordinate with airlines, prepare customs documents, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery. Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and movement through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process documentation for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track shipments and provide customers with status updates.
• Manage customer relationships and address issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
