• 2 years' Air Freight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops customer relationships via phone, email, and in person.
• Negotiate with carriers to obtain rates and services.
• Research growth opportunities within house accounts.
• Identify new customer leads and opportunities.
• Assess customer requests to provide best service options and pricing.
• Proactively handle customer shipment requests.
• Utilize TMS for planning and data input.
