Zusammenfassung

RTX Tucson is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team of REAs, engineers across mechanical and electrical disciplines. You will analyze throughput, drive yield improvements, and align with program and factory leadership to implement changes.

The role requires a decade of engineering leadership, strong collaboration with SMEs and PMs, and experience in production qualifications. Relocation is possible; the position is onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Pmi minimum of 10 years' engineering experience with progression into leadership roles.
• Experience in integration, verification, validation, and/or maintenance in production/manufacturing environments.

Aufgaben

• Manage a cross functional team of 7-10 REAs including mechanical and electrical engineers.
• Analyze data related to factory throughput and yield and recommend improvements.
• Interface with program and factory chief engineers to align with constraints and changes.
• Partner with Value Stream Managers and Leads to ensure program support for throughput/yield.
• Collaborate with SMEs, PTEs, and Manufacturing Engineers to work with REA team members.
• Communicate with suppliers and travel to support reviews as needed.
• Maintain budgets and report deviations weekly to PM.
• Maintain a project tracking system and review weekly with REA teams.
• Drive improvements across multiple factories including Tucson RF/EI factory.
• Recognize REAs for project wins and excellence.
• Execute qualification efforts and manage Scope Board Projects.
