Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA, seeks an experienced Deployment and Training Lead for its Air Defense team. You will own end-to-end deployments, deliver NET, and manage sustainment training to ensure operators achieve mission readiness and proficient use of the system from day one.

You will develop training curricula, coordinate with a cross-functional team, and build strong customer relationships while safeguarding national security interests.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 5+ years in defense/national security.
• Proven experience planning and delivering technical training programs (NET) and sustainment.
• Highly organized problem-solver with proven project management skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining training curricula and instruction programs.
• Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams and influencing across peers.
• Willing to travel up to 50% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and execution across hundreds of events with cross-functional teams.
• New Equipment Training (NET) delivery and program development.
• Sustainment training and readiness programs and evaluation.
• Relationship management with customers, partners, and teams.
• Develop deep mission knowledge and communicate requirements to engineers.
• Build product expertise and serve as the cUAS SME.
