Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 5+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Proven experience planning and delivering technical training programs, including NET and sustainment training.
• Highly organized, problem-solving, project-management skills.
• Documentation experience for new or developing processes, including training curricula.
• Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams and building a culture of influence.
• Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies; lifelong learning.
• Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements, performance specs, and training materials.
• Ownership mentality with initiative in potentially remote environments.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute hundreds of deployment events across sites with cross-functional teams.
• Own NET training, building programs of instruction, schedules, and hands-on events.
• Lead sustainment training and readiness, with gates and refresh cycles.
• Manage relationships with customers, partners, users, and Anduril teammates.
• Develop deep knowledge of customer mission requirements and act as cUAS SME for customers.
• Communicate feedback to engineers to improve product and team performance.
