Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Operations Lead to join our team, partnering across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems across all functions. You will inform business strategy and deliver data-driven insights to enable revenue growth while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, initiative, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently possess or eligible to obtain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• 5–6 years managing complex technical software programs or 5 years in aerospace/defense consulting.
• Strong technical background with systems engineering, software development, and hardware/software integration.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and supporting tools.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong financial and operational analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine strategic reporting and planning processes to drive growth objectives.
• Advise on growth systems and data governance, supporting forecasts and opportunities.
• Analyze data to identify trends, surface insights, and enable data-backed decisions.
• Develop business cases for new investments to meet P&L targets.
• Translate sales pipeline into short- and long-term planning across departments.
• Manage relationships with customers, partners, and government agencies.
