Qualifications

• 2+ years of defense, government, or related experience.
• Self-starter with a track record of achievement across domains.
• Ability to coordinate across business, engineering, sustainment.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain U.S. Secret clearance.
• Willing to work non-standard hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify, triage, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents affecting deployed air defense assets.
• Perform root cause analysis and trend analyses to drive RCCA.
• Analyze health data and communicate trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to sustain and modernize the deployed fleet.
• Execute projects to scale fleet sustainment processes.

Education

STEM bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience with Linux CLI
