Job summary

Anduril Industries, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Manager, Business Operations to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems that support rapid growth. You will own headcount planning, facility strategy, and collaboration tooling to help scale the Air Defense business line.

You will partner across Program Managers, Engineering Leaders, Strategic Growth, and others to deliver impactful initiatives, manage cross-functional programs, and own outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of varied experience in consulting or finance in a high-growth tech company or startup.
• Experience owning headcount planning, demand/supply forecasting, or workforce modeling in a scaling organization.
• Experience managing multi-site facility operations, space planning, or real estate coordination.
• Highly analytical, data-driven, and outcomes-focused with low ego and high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and projects to establish scalable operations across the Air Defense portfolio.
• Own staffing infrastructure, headcount planning, recruiting coordination, and demand/supply forecasting.
• Manage facilities strategy across 5+ US facilities and an expanding international footprint.
• Define and evolve the Confluence information architecture for Air Defense and drive adoption.
• Own end-to-end operational projects from definition to implementation.
