Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role.
• High ownership with strong outcome orientation and humility.
• Excellent analytical skills with data of varying quality.
• Ability to switch between detail and big picture.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build planning, forecasting, and operational processes for how the Business Line runs.
• Develop analyses and operating rhythms to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Partner with Business Development, Production, and Mission Operations to manage forecast changes.
• Work with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights for leadership decisions.
• Prepare concise leadership materials for reviews.
