HVACTech is seeking an Industrial Air Compressor Service Manager in the Arvada/Denver area to lead a team of field service technicians and support staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive service profitability. You will manage preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, startups, installations, and warranty work while delivering excellent customer service and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory or management experience with field technicians.
• Strong knowledge of industrial compressed air systems, rotary screw and reciprocating compressors.
• Experience with service economics: utilization, labor recovery, gross profit, invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field service technicians, dispatch, and service coordination.
• Oversee maintenance, breakdowns, diagnostics, repairs, startups, and warranty work.
• Own service revenue, gross profit, labor utilization, and invoicing.
• Maintain service records with ERP/field-service software.
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, Engineering, and senior leadership.
