Overview

A fast-growing industrial service business is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of service technicians and oversee day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong technical experience in compressed air systems who enjoys mentoring others and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of field service technicians.
• Oversee scheduling, work assignments, and daily logistics.
• Approve timecards, manage PTO requests, and coordinate with management on payroll.
• Drive efficiency and “first-call” repair success across service jobs.
• Maintain inventory, parts, and equipment readiness.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed in the field.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction on every job.
• Support ongoing technician training and technical development.

What You’ll Bring

• Background as a Service Technician and experience managing a team.
• Technical expertise with compressed air or similar mechanical systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
