Job summary

Swan Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead the Service Department in Colorado. This leadership role drives performance, coaches technicians, and delivers outstanding customer experiences across residential HVAC projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC service, 2+ years in supervision, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to develop teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, safety, and service quality to support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC service experience with 2+ years in supervision/management.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with HVAC software and business tools; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC Technicians.
• Manage service scheduling, technician assignments, and job workflows.
• Oversee safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across jobs.
• Support job estimation, pricing, and department budgeting.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Maintain relationships with clients and resolve escalated issues.
