Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas, TX seeks a Supervisory Lead for our logistics team to direct and coordinate staffing and performance.

You will oversee leads and agents, liaise with upper management, ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a valid driver's license, English proficiency, and the ability to work weekends; excellence in interpersonal skills is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent; six months to one-year related experience and/or education/experience.
• Computer skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and days off.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to maintain site access and work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to follow directions and work safely.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to learn and apply PC skills.
• Ability to read and interpret rules, operation instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to lift 50 to 70 pounds (31.9 kg).
• Preferred: excellent interpersonal skills and prior supervisory experience
• Preferred: analytical skills and comfort with data, computation, and analytical methods
• Preferred: strong experience in a related logistics or airline role
