Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced logistics and warehouse supervisor for its Oklahoma operation. You will lead staff, schedule work, and train teams to meet high safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong relationship management with onsite customers and partners, plus hands-on guidance in safety inspections. The position emphasizes bilingual communication, problem-solving, and adherence to AS9100/ISO practices, with a Monday–Friday day shift in Stillwater.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including weekends
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or 3PL experience
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow safety programs
• Ability to lift objects and move in a warehouse

• Solid problem-solving skills


• Proven ability to follow, promote and implement safety programs


• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights


• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods


• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel


• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment


• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments


• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
