Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering org through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and stakeholders to advance the AIOps strategy and reduce toil while expanding automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership in project/technical or team contexts.
• Experience leading initiatives from planning through execution.
• Hands-on with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit tests and mocks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting metrics and executive updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leaders.
• Collaborates across engineering, operations and business teams.
• Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
• Perform engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.
• Support product evaluation and qualification of leading-edge components.
• Ensure production schedules are followed and products meet specs and quality.
• Interact with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams for technical support.
• Advise executives to develop functional strategies with measurable impact.
• Lead small teams to advance automation footprint within the SRE org and drive milestones for the AIOps program.
• Be a self-driven, learning-focused leader.
