Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounts receivable or construction accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly AIA billing applications to clients.
• Coordinate and track the collection of subcontractor and vendor lien waivers.
• Research and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Monitor collections by following up on open invoices.
• Review and reconcile project budgets and job cost reports.
• Maintain organized contract and change order documentation.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and financial audits.
• Provide general accounting support as needed.
