Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Coordinator in Willowbrook, IL to manage project billings, client portal administration, and AR workflows under the Senior Project Accountant, coordinating with Project Managers and clients to ensure timely, accurate invoicing.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years of construction billing or AR experience, with AIA G702/G703 knowledge, lien waivers, change orders, and T&M billing; proficiency with Textura or Ariba, and construction accounting tools such as Penta,

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on project billing or AR experience in construction or specialty subcontracting.
• Knowledge of AIA Billing (G702/G703), lien waivers, change orders, and T&M billings.
• Experience with construction accounting systems and web-billing portals (Textura, Ariba).
• Strong communication and organizational skills when interfacing with clients and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and submit monthly progress billings across accounts receivable and web-billing platforms.
• Generate and review AIA billing documents and lien waivers.
• Process change orders, manage T&M billings, and track retainage.
• Interface with Project Managers and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure contract compliance.
• Collect lien waivers and supporting documentation from subcontractors as needed.
