Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Workforce Readiness & Strategy to define the future of our Operations workforce in an AI-enabled world. You will partner across Operations, HR, Strategy, Transformation, Technology, and AI Fluency to shape the talent roadmap and actionable workforce plans.

In this role you will build scenarios, assess capability gaps, and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations, driving enterprise transformation with influence rather than authority.

Qualifikationen

• Experience translating business strategy into workforce requirements and capabilities.
• Ability to build workforce scenarios and decision frameworks for leaders.
• Proven track record guiding large-scale transformation initiatives.
