• Create hands-on experiences for using Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved AI tools.
• Develop AI Champion and peer-learning communities across the org.
• Coach leaders to model responsible AI use and address adoption barriers.
• Translate AI concepts into audience-specific guidance for daily work.
• Use adoption data and feedback to identify needs and measure progress.
• Collaborate across Operations, Employee Experience, Communications, and Technology.
